How can I track my order?
You can track your order by going to My Orders in your account. Click on the specific order and select "Track Order". You'll see real-time updates including the current location of your package and estimated delivery time.
What is the return policy?
MyMall offers a 7-day easy return policy on most products. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned with all accessories. Some categories like food, personal care, and digital products are not eligible for returns.
How do I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled from My Orders before they are shipped. Click on the order, then tap "Cancel Order" and select a reason. For shipped orders, you may need to refuse delivery or initiate a return after delivery.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item. UPI and wallet refunds are faster (1–2 days). Bank transfers may take 7–10 business days depending on your bank.
How do I use my coupon code?
At checkout, look for the "Apply Coupon" field and enter your code. Click "Apply" and the discount will be reflected in your order total. Make sure your order meets the minimum value and the coupon hasn't expired.
